My Favorite Small New Cat Condos Cat Tree

This is my favorite of New Cat Condos small cat trees. It's very sturdy, super friendly towards old and large cats alike (or some combination therein) and gives them a space for your kitties to truly call their own.

This is my favorite small New Cat Condos cat tree.

It’s perfectly sized for smaller spaces but still has a lot to offer you in terms of design.  With a top bed, stable base, and tilted scratching post.

So, with all that said, let’s get into the nitty gritty of why this cat tree makes its way onto my favorites list.

It’s 24” tall, with a 20” x 20” base.  This really helps it be sturdy for large cats, and cats who want to find the most … creative ways to get onto it.

Because of its height, it’s also really good for older or geriatric cats who can’t make the big jump anymore.

If you have an old cat who loves to lounge and sleep up off the ground, especially in a window, I’d highly recommend this cat tree.

Another reason I love this cat tree is that it ships fully assembled. So there’s nothing you have to do other than take it out of the box.

No hassle, no fuss, no tools, just pick where you think your cat will enjoy it the most.

And this cat tree from New Cat Condos is made right in the U.S.A.  It uses top notch materials too, household grade carpet and solid wood construction along with unoiled sisal rope for the slanted ramp.

Unoiled sisal rope basically means you don’t have to worry about the sisal being cat friendly or not.

I learned the hard way when looking into how to make a cat tree that finding sisal that’s actually pet friendly is a big pain in the butt.

The slanted sisal post gives your cat an easy place to scratch that isn’t your couch. Meaning it’s great for letting your kitty stretch out a bit while they sink their claws in.

Quick Tip: Rub a little catnip on there and I’m sure they’ll be going after that instead of the couch in no time.

And it comes in five different colors, beige, blue, brown, gray and green.  So, no matter what your decor preferences are, you have plenty of options to choose from.

I hope you can see why this is one of my favorite small cat trees, especially from New Cat Condos.  Between the design and materials, to the color selection and then the crowning glory… That it comes fully assembled.

It’s definitely something to consider if you have limited space or an older cat.
